In 2019, we purchased our first home in Mission Viejo and quickly fell in love with the charm, warmth, and sense of community this town offers. It felt only natural that when the opportunity arose, we would plant deeper roots here by taking over a beloved neighborhood restaurant.

We're Ramsey and Jackie—partners in life and in hospitality. We met over 20 years ago while working in a restaurant, and that shared passion has shaped both our careers and our lives together. Now married for 12 years with two beautiful daughters, our restaurant is truly an extension of our family.

As active members of the local community, we feel incredibly grateful to serve our neighbors and continue the tradition of a welcoming, community-centered dining experience. Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do—creating a space where guests feel at home the moment they walk through our doors.

Our menu reflects both heritage and experience. Jackie is a first-generation Italian American, with roots tracing back to Naples, Italy, where her mother was born. She grew up in the kitchen alongside her Nonna Anna, learning the techniques and traditions that inspire many of our dishes today. Combined with our travels throughout Italy, our cuisine blends time-honored recipes with modern Italian influences.

We are deeply committed to quality—using carefully sourced ingredients, imported specialties, and scratch-made preparations to create food that is both authentic and memorable.

For us, this restaurant is more than a business—it's a place to share our story, our culture, and our love for bringing people together around the table.
